Hi there, I’m Lucy. With over 34 years of hands-on experience in the health and social care field, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of compassionate leadership and dedicated support.
My Story
I set up LjB Coach Consultancy in 2018 during a challenging time in my life when I had to choose between work and family – family won. This difficult period pushed me to retrain and gain new knowledge that I believe was always within me. I’ve always known that if we are the best we can be, the results we achieve are greater, and those we spend time with benefit immensely.
Throughout my career and life, I’ve seen how often the focus is placed solely on outcomes, overlooking the well-being of teams and individuals along the way. We’re missing a trick. My business wasn’t created out of mere desire, but necessity. It has evolved like a star in the night sky, constantly shifting and glowing more brightly as it moves through different phases and it’s going through another transformation now to become the business I truly envision – one that makes a difference and leaves a lasting legacy.
